Orders typically require up to 2 business days for processing before shipment. If your order status hasn’t changed to “shipped,” please understand it’s still in the preparation phase. We will notify you via email of any unusual circumstances affecting your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays

  • If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will refund the entire amount of your order.
  • If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please submit an inquiry. We’ll respond within 12 hours.
  • If tracking shows your delivery is complete but you haven’t received your package:
    1. Check around your premises as packages may sometimes be left in unexpected locations
    2. Contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking email
